Health and Well-being Week
The Children thoroughly enjoyed practical, physical and mental health sessions, which provided them with a better understanding of health and well-being.
Activities of the week included, Roller course, Thai chi, Yoga, Splash and Dash, Volleyball, Meditation, Healthy Cooking, Orienteering and many more.
As well as parents being able to join us for each session we also had activities just for our parent community to get stuck into, House Volleyball competition, a local gym visit and circuits competitions.
We would like to thank our parent community for joining us during the week and for all our session providers, without whom a week like this would not possible.
